Situated in the quiet village of Musbury, Old Bakery Cottage comprises on entry of a large lobby with laundry facilities and staircase, with plenty of room for outdoor clothing, beachwear and large equipment.

Upstairs consists of a landing area with the main bathroom, a single bedroom with ensuite shower room and a twin bedroom.This leads through to the open plan living room with kitchen and dining area. A third kingsized bedroom opens off of this room.

Through the living area to the French windows opening onto the sun terrace and a few steps down into the lovely enclosed garden.

The living accommodation is on the first floor which means the property is light and airy, with the original roof beams adding height and making it feel very spacious. The terrace is a real sun trap, ideal for an alfresco breakfast with table, chairs, a parasol and barbeque. The enclosed garden is partially walled with a flat lawn: a great area for children to play and let off steam.


The property has gas central heating throughout, while the addition of a wood burning stove gives a cosy feel on chilly winters nights.


Two bathrooms make this an ideal bolt hole for couples, and the Juliet balcony (once used to haul sacks up to the flour store) is a charming feature.
Downstairs offers a large lobby to leave muddy boots and coats, buggies and bikes, and houses the washing machine and laundry equipment.
